As some of you may be aware we had recent issues with our TM server provider EEkhostleaving us with no server in 13 days. I have since decided to host the Trackmania server myself from home.
I sucessfuly instaled TM dedicated server on my PC the server has Xaseco/Rasp, Fufi Widgets, Jfrue mod, and many more plugins. the tracklist has over 250 tracks from TMN, TMU and TMUF and are of varied degrees of difficulty. The server can now be found in England>Yorkshire & Humber> BRING IT ON
The only downside is the server now relys on my computer being on 24/7 in order to support the server... however I will mostlikely just run the server during daytime hours..

Slight bug in the latest version of TM dedicated server that kicks older clients when given "Operator" status, only fix to this is to upgrade your client, if you are given "OP" and kicked I will try remove you from the "adminops.xml" file. This shoudl not effect BIO members as all members displaying BIO tags will be granted "Admin"...

Made a few changes to the servers config....
Modified "dedicared_cfg" and removed 2p2 upload/download (this just reduces bandwith and hopefelly reduces lag)
Cleared the servers cache (and turned it off)
Disabled all "Voting" as this can be abused (vote kick/ban players/admins, vote restarts,skip track etc)... (admin's op's can still perform these actions via the menu or icons at the bottom of the screen.
The above line in dedicated_cfg will not allow clients prior to this version as a cheat/expoit has been discovered, to avoid not being able to connect PLEASE update your client (link in previous post).
